We are loved beyond all recognition.

"And God created humans, male and female, in his image and likeness." Genesis 1:27

One of the ultimate questions in life is then how are we created in the image and likeness of God? To answer this, we must examine what is the nature of this mystery we call God. The whole of the Bible, theologians and mystics demonstrates that the nature of this mystery we call God is self-giving creative love.

Therefore we are created out of this Love, for this love. This is our destiny, to become moiré like God through self-giving creative love. We must fulfill our inner calling when we are on this path, striving on this journey.

Therefore, we are loved and beautiful and wonderful beyond imagination and beyond all deserving. Awakening to this is our life task Whenever and whenever we affirm ourselves as loving persons. We are fulfilling our ultimate destiny in life.

Question: Why did God make you?

Answer: God made me to become like God by creative loving service and so do my small part in transforming the universe.

Daily, we can sing songs like Mary's son in Luke 1:46 and the sixteen following verses, like the hymn "Morning has Broken," and "Amazing Grace," and "How Can I Keep from Singing."

"Our deepest fear is not

that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are

powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness

that most frightens us.

We ask ourselves,

Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous,

talented, fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be?

You are a child of God.

Your playing small does not serve the world.

There is nothing enlightened about shrinking

so that other people won't

feel insecure around you.

We are all meant to shine, as children do.

We were born to make manifest

the glory of God that is within us.

It's not just in some of us;

it's in everyone.

And as we let our own light shine,

we unconsciously give other people

permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear,

our presence automatically liberates others."
