October Update from Paschal.

I am excitedly learning to use my kindle, very nice gift from son Steve and set up by son David this week.

It is awesome and so is the book I downloaded:
The Secret Life of the Grown-Up Brain.

Must read for all those in midlife ages 40-65 !!

What is exciting besides the Kindle
is that I discover that I am doing all the right things to
maintain Brain Power and a strong immmune system that
are known;.

Also the Clark Co Toastmasters club
(member since July)
has nominated me to represent them in regional competition tomorrow. in Lexington.

Which should be interesting..
(Do I believe in stretching my "envelope"? ...
