This course will be based on the text The Secret Life of the Grown0UP Brain, by Barbara Strauch, Science Editor of the New York Times. But it includes a wide range of research from other disciplines, including religion and theology. Learn the ten known guidelines to keep a buoyant health into your 80s and further.
Leader is Dr. Paschal Baute 82 years young and Spellbinder storytellers for Fayette County school children. Paschal is a Semi-retired pastoral psychologist with seven ministries.

7. Owning and Celebrating Your Own Story: Family Stories, Journaling and Memoirs.
Paschal Baute, Ed. D. Is a retired pastoral psychologist who has been teaching and writing on body/mind/spirit wellness for many years. He is a Disabled American Veteran , and member of Clark County Toastmasters, with seven ministries. He is also a Spellbinder storyteller with the Lexington chapter who has performed for thousands of school childrens and also adults. He is a faculty member of the University of Kentucky Osher Lifelong Learning Institute and created the Human Resource Management curriculum for Midway College. He is 82 years young.
